Introduction of Shambhavi Yoga Studio

Shambhavi Yoga Studio was founded by Ms. Kajal Thakur in 2009. She is well known face in yoga and health management industry. Shambhavi Yoga Studio providing yog services by experienced yoga instructors for all -Men, Women, Children, Senior Citizen, Patients, Individuals, Groups, Institutions.  We are into this service from the last 9 years and provide health oriented programme. We provide yoga services at home in  Delhi/NCR.


We provide yoga services for body fitness, toning of body, stress management, obesity, back pain, hypertension, thyroid & cure of all health related problems. We provide yoga training for Corporate, Hospitals, and Hotels.

Class Description

Yoga Classes for All In Delhi/NCR

At Shambhavi Yoga Studio, We provide yoga classes combines traditional, hatha yoga and vinyasa flow. The series begins with breath awareness followed by the standing series which includes twists, forward bends and balancing postures. 

The deep release floor series follows and ends with an inversion and savasana (short meditation). Each class may differ slightly depending on the focus of the class (hip openers, back bends etc.) and the teachers creative inspired approach based on his/her yoga background.

Our yoga classes in South Delhi are suitable for all levels of ability from beginner to advanced.

Poses that put pressure on the abdomen and other difficult poses should not be done during advance stages of Pregnancy. You do not have to do all these Asanas and remember to listen to your body and just do as much as you easily can.
